Kobe Beef refers to cuts of beef from the Tajima strain of wagyu cattle, raised in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. This meat is considered to be a delicacy, renowned for its flavor, tenderness, and fatty well-marbled texture.

Miyazaki Beef is renowned for its cherry red color, smooth velvety texture, juicy and rich, a taste that lingers on your palate. The fat resembles snowflakes and it is evenly distributed creating a non-greasy flavor. It is a back to back Wagyu Olympics Champion.”

We offer a variety of cooking styles for our Wagyu such as Yakiniku, Yakishabu, and Sukiyaki. You can even request a delocate beef slice gently steamed on hot stones, or Wagyu loin smoked over aromatic cherry woodchip. Alternatively, try the roasted Wagyu tenderloin, which comes perfectly browned on the outside and rosy pink on the inside. For an umami-laden speciality, request for Wagyu marinated with Shio-koji or rice fermented in sea salt.
